Hello there everyone! Mike dragged me in here. PM'ed me on css then sold me a filter at a ridiculous jacked up price. Ok maybe it was actually a reasonable price. Maybe even a good deal. Either way, I'm finally on here.

I live in Los Alamitos, work in parts at Carson Nissan, and drive a white '09 SS/TC coupe. It spends most of its time on the 405 between the 605 and the 105, so wave if you ever see me!

Hope I'm welcome here, I'm looking forward to seeing some cool ecotecs!

No pictures yet, I need to work on that. It's pretty much stock, couple tow hooks in the front and a K&N filter.

Oh yes, my name is Dan. I didn't think that was important, figured everyone was more interested in the car. Speaking of which, here's a quick cell phone pic I grabbed just for you guys today. Those are tow hooks on the front, since I know someone will ask.

Yeah, we've talked about that. Mine is 1 of 118 white coupes made in '09, his is one of 41 white sedans. Since they only made sedans for one year, it's super rare. Kind of crazy that we would end up living across the street from each other too.

i believe white was only offered in 09 too. I want to find out how rare my HHR SS is

Oh my coworker said he might come out to the meet. I gave him a card but he's not so good with computers, so I doubt he's checked out the site. So it's June 18th now? I'll let him know, try to get him to come. I see no reason why I can't swing by after work(done at 5).

yea i get off at 3 thats why i wanted to do it the 25th because i have whole weekend off and parents are out of town lol i got some new goodies to install too and if your not doing anything tomorow were doing an encore car show in hb at five axis its 3-8 in hb

Yeah, its a black front lip. I'm always on the 605. Before and after work and to get around quicker. I'll keep my eye out for you.

It's working out well so far! *crosses fingers*

The same CHP motorcycle cop has told me twice now to slow down, but that's it. The first time was quite amusing. I was cruising in traffic, doing like 70 on the 405, just in a line of cars all doing the same speed. He pulled up to my driver's side window and looked at me a couple times, then mouthed the words 'Slow down' and sped off. The second time he did the same thing on the passenger side. I had just been going significantly above the speed limit. I'm not sure if he saw that, but when he pulled up next to me I was doing 70-75 with few other cars on the road. Both of these happened by the 405 and 710 interchange, the speed limit is 65 there.
