new to the cobalt scene

hey guys i just bought a 06 cobalt ss/sc today and im sure some of you have seen my welcome post on cobaltss.net It's nice to see a club out here that has chill people unlike the jdm scene where every 16 yr old buys a honda and thinks they are the best lol

nice! sucks i wasnt there last week. i will be in the silver cobalt and yes i am going tonight. i am supposed to go pick up the car about 4pm today and finish the paper work.

dont mind what it looks like because the owner of the dealer (family friend) is going to fix the few scratches it has and put a new front lip on it since its missing and fix my boost guage

i bought it from orange coast dodge on harbor blvd. i have bought afew cars from him and my dad works there and hangs with the owner so he gave me a killer deal.

when i went to his lot i was looking at afew cars. looked at a 2010 evo, 07 g35 sedan, 07 mini john cooper works, 08 bmw m5.

the evo i liked but didnt like the mpg it got and i didnt want the price of the upgrades for it lol. the g35 to me was more of a old mans car and the mini was way to small to put my 2 little kids in the back of. the bmw was wayyyyyy low on mpg since it was a 500hp v-10 under the hood and dont want the repair costs.

the cobalt wasnt supposed to be out on the lot yet since it wasnt finished or fixed. i was the first to drive it and i really liked how it shifted and i liked the ride of it. i really liked the for a performance car it got decent mpg. the back seat was way better for a 2 door and my main thing i wanted way a stick. since this isnt the family car i didnt care for it being a 2 door since we have the crossover
